Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. We try to ensure that all product information is accurate and complete, and that the photographs clearly indicate the shape and color of each item. Exchanges and/or refunds cannot be made due to customer error.

Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required by their country's customs authorities.

If a shipment is returned to us because customs duties, taxes, or required customs procedures are refused or not completed by the customer, any refund will be issued at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, it may be reduced by any shipping charges, return shipping costs, payment processing fees, customs charges, or other costs incurred by us.

 

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@jpgastronomy.com with:

・Your order number

・Clear photos of the damaged item

・Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

 

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:

Send a replacement item;

Issue a full or partial refund; or

Request that the item be returned before processing your claim.

 

Please do not return any items unless instructed to do so by us. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.
