**Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
・4–6 slices beef (or pork)
・1/2–1 bunch mizuna (Japanese mustard greens) or other leafy greens
・1/2 block yaki-tofu (grilled tofu)
・1 Japanese leek (negi), cut into chunks
・2 shiitake mushrooms
・50-100 g shirataki noodles (konjac noodles)
**Sukiyaki Sauce
・50 ml water
・50 ml soy sauce
・50 ml mirin
・1 tbsp sugar
**Method
・Cut all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
・Arrange the meat, tofu, vegetables, and mushrooms in a small pot.
・Combine the water, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, then pour the sauce over the ingredients.
・Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
・Serve while hot and enjoy!
Optional: In Japan, sukiyaki is often enjoyed by dipping the cooked ingredients into a beaten raw egg before eating.

Japanese Tomato Hot Pot 🍅🍗
A comforting Japanese hot pot where fresh tomatoes slowly melt into the broth, creating a naturally sweet, rich, and savory flavor.
*Ingredients (Serves 1–2)
・2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
・1 potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
・1/2 onion, sliced
・1/3 bunch mizuna (Japanese mustard greens)
・6 pieces chicken thigh
・1 clove garlic, minced
・1/8 pack shimeji mushrooms
*Broth
・100 ml water (adjust depending on how ・juicy the tomatoes are)
・1 tbsp consommé powder (adjust to taste)
・A pinch of black pepper
・A pinch of salt
*Method
・Cut all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
・Arrange the chicken, potatoes, onion, garlic, shimeji mushrooms, mizuna, and tomatoes in a small pot.
・Add the water, consommé powder, black pepper, and salt.
・Bring to a gentle simmer,and cook for about 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
・As the tomatoes soften, gently break them apart and mix them into the broth.
・Serve while hot and enjoy!
